1 WEEK TO GO!!!

We are coming into the final week leading upto the trek and we
are currently sitting at the £250 mark.
We thank each and every person that has contributed so far as it will make a great difference for our charity CHAS.
It is sure that if we continue at this rate we will smash the £300 target.
The team spent a few hours last week at Outdoor World buying walking boots, trousers and for some reason enough cooking gas to put the world into global warming (Melissa's fault).
We have also been keeping track of the weather forecast in Fort William for the 27th of this month and so far it is looking like it will turn out to an all round wet day with light showers.
However, visibility is expected to be good and with temperatures expected to go as high as 15°C which isn't too bad.

Update from Mark

There is just little over a month until we trek Ben Nevis in order to raise money for CHAS. Right now we are at the £175 mark which is great news and we thank each and everyone of you that have contributed so far as this will go to a great cause.
We still have quite a bit to go in raising the target amount of £300 but, with 4 weeks left I am sure we can reach this with all of your help.
So if you have not donated yet and you want to do so please click the "Sponsor Me" button to the right of this post.
Also please keep up-to date on our blog and other social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter.

First Blog!

Hey guys!
Eventually got the ball rolling on this blogging thing, hopefully will pick it up quick enough! Well the countdown is on, just over six weeks to go and we will be starting our trek to the highest point in UK! Slightly daunting thinking I'm going to be climbing over 4000 feet when I get out of breath running for the bus. Fingers crossed 6 weeks is enough time to sort that out! Got slightly distracted today looking at pictures of Ben Nevis and the views from the top, hope the guys are looking forward to a geography lesson, cause I sure am! If a view anything close to that isn't motivation I don't know what is!

Melissa!
ps- Feel free to donate, the link is at the right hand side, its for a great cause!
